Do you carry products not shown on www.edumart.in?

Yes! We welcome all ideas of customizing our existing products. Our team of talented designers are here to adjust the products exactly to our customer’s market needs. We are not only an educational supply company but also have built in production house, that has everything you need to meet your instructional needs. Our Certified Educational  Specialist will provide you with product support backed by 14 years of teaching experience. We are one stop shopping for educators, teachers, parents, schools and learning facilities!

Can a customer request a large order discount?

We can provide discounts for orders over INR 10,000. Contact our customer service department for details!

Can I Purchase online ?

Yes, you can. First of all you have to register your self through login section. Please activate your account using link that you got in your mail id. Login with your id & password on www.edumart.in, order your desired products and quantity. Thats all...! After receiving your order we will check our stocks, current rates, shipping charges etc and send you a confirmation email about the order and payment mods. You can deposit at par cheque or online transfer (NEFT) the said amount in our  bank ac. Please call customer service no. 0281 2239628 or email us at param_rajkot@yahoo.co.in , if you need assistance. Currently we do not accept payment through credit or debit card.

Can I purchase by VVP / COD ?

No, currently we do not have VVP / COD facilty.

Is there any minimum order value?

Yes, There is minimum order value  Rps. 200 at www.edumart.in right now. It may change.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?

Most of no, if you are purchasing form India. All rates are inclusive of all taxes.

Do I have to pay any other charges on my purchase?

You have to pay transportation or shipping charges as  per product weight and shipping destination. Ask for more details.

How can I contact someone in customer service?

Please email us at edumart_india@yahoo.com and your question, comment, or concern will be handled within 2 business days (usually right away). Or you can call us directly at +91281 2239628. This number is staffed from 10:00am to 9pm, Monday thru Saturday and from 11:00am to 5pm, Sunday. 

What is the quality of your merchandise?

Param Enterprise sells only high quality items. We are constantly looking for the best products available. We only sell those that meet our high expectations. If you ever have a concern please contact us. We care about quality! 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Once your order has shipped, it usually takes 3-8 business days for delivery within India. During the holiday season, and volume fluctuations, the expected time of delivery can be longer. We do our best to ship your order quickly, so you will receive it as soon as possible. “Usually ships in” is provided as an estimate of when that product generally ships from the vendor based on our past experience. This time may vary depending on the shipping company, inventory levels or production schedules which can change without notice. “Arrival times” to you will vary depending on the destination.

When will my order ship?

After receiving your payment We do our best to ship your order quickly, so you will receive it as soon as possible. We are committed to processing and shipping orders in the estimated time frame. We believe you will be very satisfied with our prompt handling of your order.

What about damages and replacement parts?

We will replace defective merchandise, or provide replacement parts, "hassle free." For returns and replacement parts, claim must be made within 2 business days of receipt. Contact us and we will replace any orders, or parts, with manufacturer's defects. Please do not assemble damaged merchandise. Remember to include the original packaging and parts with your return!

Can I return my purchase?

You can return any order with no questions asked. You will receive a refund for the cost of the item you are returning minus a 20% or 100 rps which ever is higher as the re-stocking fee and any shipping costs incurred by Param Enterprise. Returns must be made within 2 business days of receipt. Do not assemble your purchase or open parts or packaging. You will need to include all original packaging and parts with your return.

Policy Changes

Param Enterprise reserves the right to modify any or all of our policies at any time without notice. Additionally, statements made on this web site regarding pricing, shipping, handling and other charges are estimates and as such are subject to human review before orders are processed. If we find an error has been made, we will contact you to find an equitable compromise. 

How can I become a registered member of your website?

Registration is easy—and free! Simply fill out our online form, and you’ll begin enjoying all the benefits that membership has to offer.

 How can I be added to or deleted from EduMart’s e-mail list?
You will be added to EDUMART’s e-mail list when you register, unless you uncheck the box saying you would like to receive news and promotions via e-mail. You can also sign up when you place an order, request a catalog, or join the mailing list for any of our retail stores. If you wish to be removed from our e-mail list for any reason, you can unsubscribe by mailing 'unsubscribe me' on param_rajkot@yahoo.co.in / info@edumart.in.

How do I change my e-mail address, mobile no. or telephone no. in my profile?
You can not change your e-mail address, mobile no. or telephone no. in your member profile. But you can re-register with new mail address/ mobile no. / telephone no. Our team will find the duplicate account and dispose it. 

What if I forget my password ?
Go for login from navigation panel, find and click on the link under “Forgot your password?” for your password clue. On the password help screen, simply enter your e-mail address. Your password will be e-mailed to you.
         To protect your privacy, edumart does not have access to your password. If you forget your user name (in our case mail id !!), you can simply re-register now.
